Service Agreement

Welcome to LeatherXpress Professional Restoration. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Provided

LeatherXpress provides professional leather restoration, repair, and cleaning services for:

  • Leather clothing and jackets
  • Leather furniture and upholstery
  • Automotive leather interiors
  • Leather accessories and handbags
  • Leather footwear

Service Estimates

  • All estimates are provided based on visual inspection
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual condition discovered during work
  • We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional work
  • All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars
  • Adequate insurance coverage is required for all items worth over $500

Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround is 3-7 business days depending on work complexity
  • Rush services are available for an additional fee
  • Delays may occur due to part availability or complexity of repair
  • We will notify you of any significant delays

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Accurately describing items and their condition
  • Removing all personal items from garments before service
  • Providing valid contact information for service updates
  • Prompt pickup of completed items
  • Items left over 60 days may be subject to storage fees or disposal

LeatherXpress Responsibilities

  • Professional handling of all leather items
  • Use of appropriate cleaning and restoration products
  • Careful handling to prevent damage
  • Timely completion of agreed services
  • Communication about service progress

Insurance and Liability

  • We carry general liability insurance for our operations
  • Items must be adequately insured by the customer
  • We are not liable for damage to items with pre-existing conditions
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of pickup
  • Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the item

Warranty

  • We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from completion
  • Color matching is guaranteed to match at time of service
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear or damage after service
  • Original quality of heavily damaged items may limit warranty coverage

Disclaimers

  • Results may vary based on original condition of leather
  • Some stains may be permanent and cannot be removed
  • Color matching is based on available materials
  • We reserve the right to decline service for safety or quality reasons

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
